Wooden Boat Building Classes For Everyone
A hands-on adventure from blueprint to launching ceremony. This is a class dealing with all phases of boat building: design discussions, reading plans, and application of technique. Participants build a 14 ft. wooden skiff (row boat) learning wood working, fiberglassing, epoxy and painting skills.. Ray Vosper has 25 years wood working and 15 years boat building experience. Classes starting monthly lasting approximately 5 weeks at 9-12 hours per week. There is a minimum of four students with a minimum age of 16. Safety items provided.
